Our Services
Aircraft Maintenance and Inspections
We offer comprehensive maintenance and inspection services, including routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and major repairs
Our team of certified technicians follows strict industry standards and utilizes advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure the highest level of precision and quality.
Logbook & Logcards:
Log cards – All Airframe, engine and component log cards and logbooks will be inspected and referenced accordingly to the physical machine
Service Bulletins & Airworthiness Directives:
Confirmation of all relevant AD's and SB's carried out.
Airframe:
• Inspect airframe for any known defects and carry out all scheduled inspections up to and including Major Inspections
• Components removed and aircraft prepared for paint stripping
• Interior and Exterior customization
• Aircraft inspected for any structural damage or corrosion
Modifications & Customization:
• Our skilled engineering team is experienced in aircraft modifications and upgrades, ranging from avionics installations to airframe and cabin enhancements
• We collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance aircraft capabilities and meet regulatory compliance.
• Interior and Exterior: As per Customer Request
Engine:
• Inspect engine for any know defects and scheduled inspection
• Boroscope carried out
Sling Capability:
The Bell 412 can be configured for various sling operations in minutes by installing the cargo hook.
Tooling:
• Tooling will be provided to carry out any type of maintenance for both the engine and airframe.
• All avionic tooling will also be provided.
• The abovementioned tooling will be kept recent with re-calibration.
Training:
Our team of highly experienced and qualified instructors will guide you through a comprehensive training curriculum, combining theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience.
VSA offer both pilot and engineer training on the Bell 412 platform.
Pilots –
Each pilot will be equipped with a helmet, flight overall, flying boots and gloves. Pilots will receive ground school and then move onto the flying phase with our instructor. The flying phase will involve basic flying as well as all emergencies. Sling ops training is also available.
Duration for each pilot will be around 5 days. All pilots will receive ground school together, thereafter receive one on one flight training.
Engineers –
Each engineer will receive type training with an OEM certification. The courses involve airframe, engines and avionics. Each engineer will receive an engineers overall, safety shoes and a carry bag.
Duration for each engineer will be around 6 weeks.
Component Overhaul & Repair:
We assist in the overhaul and repair of various aircraft components, including engines, landing gear, avionics, and more.
AOG Support:
We offer 24/7 Aircraft-On-Ground support to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of critical maintenance issues.
